Field useUnmanned ground vehicles

MAX1

A heavy-duty tracked unmanned ground vehicle for high-risk environments. One mobility platform, ten documented payload configurations — the mission is defined by the payload, not the vehicle.

Why it matters

Operational advantages

  • 800 kg payload on a standard modular deck — ten documented configurations on one unchanged mobility base.
  • Tracked, heavy-duty mobility: 45° grades, 35 cm obstacles, stairs, trenches and water crossings.
  • Teleoperated with live video, thermal and night sensing and real-time telemetry, with GPS return-to-home and waypoint patrol.
  • Electric drive: two brushless motors, 17.8 kW peak, detachable Li-Ion battery.
  • IP66 sealed, with high-temperature and CBRN-sealed configurations (configuration-dependent).
  • Engineered and manufactured in Romania, with service and maintenance support across the country.

In civilian service

The first one in, where crews can't safely go.

MAX1 is a heavy-duty teleoperated intervention robot built to enter environments where human entry is impossible — active industrial fires, collapsed structures, flooded zones, toxic atmospheres and underground tunnels. It replaces people at the point of maximum risk.

Industrial firefighting
A remote-controlled water cannon advances into heat and smoke, towing up to 300 m of 70 mm charged hose. A ventilation fan clears smoke from tunnels and underground car parks.
Rescue and supply
The stretcher module carries casualties out of hot or toxic areas; the O₂ carrier brings breathing apparatus to firefighters working in the hot zone.
Hazmat and disaster response
Multi-gas and thermal sensing stream readings before anyone enters. MAX1 crosses flooded ground, rubble and debris, and clears routes with its front blade.

Questions

Good to know

Can we order MAX1?

Yes. MAX1 has completed its performance and reliability testing, and sales opened in July 2026 on an order basis. Contact us for commercial details, the technical brochure or a live demonstration.

How quickly does it change role?

Payload modules mount on a standard deck with a common mechanical and power interface, so MAX1 is reconfigured in minutes rather than rebuilt.

How is MAX1 controlled?

It is teleoperated from a rugged handheld controller, a rugged tablet or a smartphone app, all with live video and telemetry. GPS navigation adds autonomous return-to-home and waypoint patrol; an operator stays in the loop.

Where is it built and supported?

MAX1 is engineered and manufactured in Romania. Our service network covers maintenance and support across the country.

Which specifications depend on configuration?

Sustained operation above 500 °C, CBRN-sealed operation and the 5 km radio range depend on the configuration and are validated per configuration. The full technical file is shared with qualified customers.
